National-Level Green Factory: Sunrise New Materials Receives Another Major Honor

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has released its 2025 list of green factories, and Inner Mongolia Sunrise New Materials Co., Ltd. has been selected. This marks a significant breakthrough for Sunrise in green, low-carbon and smart manufacturing, and sets a new benchmark for the green and high-quality development of the metal paste and powder materials industry.
Green Leadership, Low-Carbon Smart Manufacturing: Building a Strong Foundation for Sustainability
As a Chinese national high-tech enterprise and a manufacturing single-item champion enterprise of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Sunrise has consistently adhered to the principle of "ecology first, green development," integrating green and low-carbon principles throughout its manufacturing and business operations. Building on its autonomous-region-level Research and Development Center for Metal Powder and Metal Paste and its Enterprise Technology Center, the company has established four well-developed management systems — environmental, energy, quality, and occupational health and safety — bringing standardized, systematized discipline to its green management.

Innovation is the core engine of the green transition. Focusing on the development of greener, higher-performance metal paste and powder materials, Sunrise incorporates green innovation throughout its technology development process. To date, the company has been granted 74 invention patents and 112 utility model patents. Using core technologies such as organic/inorganic double-layer encapsulation, it has developed environmentally friendly products including waterborne aluminum paste, reducing the environmental impact of production at source and helping downstream industries lower end-use carbon emissions. This recognition as a national-level green factory is official recognition of the company's achievements in green and smart manufacturing.
Standing at this new starting point, Sunrise New Materials will take this recognition as an opportunity to further consolidate its green development achievements and thoroughly implement the national "dual carbon" goals.
