Conference News | Sunrise New Materials Makes Its Debut at the 2026 China Powder Cementation Industry Conference

From August 7 to 9, 2026, the 2026 China Powder Cementation Industry Conference, hosted by the Powder Cementation Branch of the China Surface Engineering Association, was held in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province. As a committee member of the association, Inner Mongolia Sunrise New Materials Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the event. Centering on hot topics such as cementation process innovation, the development of new anti-corrosion materials, and the formulation of industry standards, the conference gathered representatives from upstream and downstream enterprises across the entire industrial chain. Site visits for downstream enterprises were also arranged to build an efficient platform for business matching and technical exchanges, where participants jointly explored pathways for high-quality industrial development.
01 Conference On-site | A Range of Cementation Powders on Display
At this conference, Sunrise showcased several of its core products, including zinc powder for mechanical galvanizing, irregular zinc powder, and zinc powder for multi-alloy co-diffusion. These products are widely used in anti-corrosion applications such as fasteners, wind-power components, bridge engineering, marine equipment, rail transit, and power transmission towers. At the event, the Sunrise business team held in-depth discussions with upstream and downstream enterprises, providing technical matching on powder selection, process adaptation, and long-term anti-corrosion solutions for different operating conditions.
02Keynote Speech | Highlights on Special-shaped Zinc Powder Technology
During the conference, Zhu Hongbo, R&D Manager of Sunrise New Materials, delivered a dedicated presentation titled "Application and Evaluation of Special-shaped Zinc Powder in Mechanical Galvanizing."
Zhu Hongbo presents the special report "Application and Evaluation of Special-shaped Zinc Powder in Mechanical Galvanizing.
The report focused on Sunrise's self-developed special-shaped zinc powder. Compared with conventional powders, it elaborated on the powder's unique particle structure, adaptability to complex workpieces, and outstanding advantages that balance anti-corrosion performance and overall cost. It offered new ideas for the upgrading of the mechanical galvanizing process and was well received on site.
Sunrise New Materials Designated as a Committee Member Unit of the Association
Sunrise New Materials was designated the title of Committee Member Unit by the Powder Cementation Branch of the China Surface Engineering Association. This honor fully recognizes Sunrise's deep commitment to the field of new metal powder materials and its continuous contribution to the development of the powder cementation industry. Going forward, Sunrise will actively participate in discussions on industry standards and technical exchanges to promote the standardized and healthy development of the industry.
